Unless you are the holder of a passport from a GCC country, you will require a business visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Set out below are the steps necessary to obtain the documents for those requiring them:
1. Please download and complete the Personal Information Form below

2. Return a scanned copy of the completed form to Margaret Dube (margaret.dube@faircount.co.uk). In the subject line please state: ‘KSA Visa application’ followed by the name of your company (this should include match the company name the booking has been made in). Once your Personal Information form has been processed by the consular section at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs you will receive a scanned document from our offices containing an Electronic Authorisation Number, which you will then need to submit, following the remaining steps of the process below.
3. Submit the scanned document containing your Electronic Authorisation Number to your local Saudi Consulate (or visa agency), together with the following:
i. Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
ii. Completed copy of Saudi Business Visa application form which you will need to download from your local Saudi Consulate
iii. 2 x Passport Sized Photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background -IMPORTANT!
iv. Supporting letter on business letterhead, confirming that the applicant will be visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on behalf of the applicant’s company for business purposes (please refer to Supporting letter example below)

This may vary from country to country, although in most cases, up to 8 working days should be allowed for.
